If you believe that your card has been compromised, you can block your card right in the Mobile or Web App. Simply log in, then go to the Cards section and select the Coba US Debit Card. Click the button to “Block Your Card”.
Contact the Coba Member Services Team in order to have a new Virtual Card issued to you. You may contact the support team at one of the methods below or in the Chat Window right in the App:

Be sure to review your transaction history to check for any unauthorized transactions. If you have transactions you don’t recognize, please contact us right away at [email protected] so that we can start an investigation on your behalf.
