You can update your password directly in the mobile app. Simply log in and follow these steps:
Access to the Mobile or Web app and get to the sign in screen asking for email and password.
In mobile app, click on “Forgot password?” link.
In the web app, type your email first, and then click on “Trouble sign in?” This applies to anyone redirected from mobile app to the web app.
Once you type your email in this screen, you will get a reset link to setup a new password.
