What can I do if I don’t see an expected payment reflected on my US Deposit account yet?

Please allow a few days for the funds to be reflected. Timeframes vary for ACH and Wire transfers, and banks may take additional time to confirm the source of funds and the destination.

If it has been more than 24 hours for a Domestic Wire transfer, 3 days for ACHs, or 5 business days for International Wire transfers, please send a message to [email protected] with a receipt of the payment including your Routing Number and Account Number for review.
