First, review any email addresses you have used since opening your Coba account. We send updates and communicate primarily via email. Look for any communication from our official support email, [email protected]. The email associated with the inbox where you received Coba messages should be the email used to access your account.

If you cannot find the right email, contact our Member Services team at [email protected]. We will ask some questions to confirm your identity, and once verified, we will provide the email you used.
