If a text message has been delivered to your phone, please check both your SMS inbox and your WhatsApp application. It is common for us to use both channels when delivering a message. You will be able to identify our account by the Coba logo and our official information in the profile delivering the message.
For emails, allow a few seconds for the message to arrive in your inbox. If a couple of minutes have passed, please check your Spam folder in case the email was filtered there.
